Founder & CEO, Refresh
Refresh is a customizable, all-in-one SuperApp that unifies every tool, benefit and communication channel a workforce uses, built for frontline, deskless and hybrid employees in particular. Unlike traditional HR point solutions, Refresh personalizes each employee's experience by role, employment status and geography, so every worker can reach the resources that matter to them.
The problem is one of scale. The average corporation delivers hundreds of tools to its employees, and HR teams add roughly 4.2 new apps every 30 days. That complexity is costly:
Under Logan's leadership Refresh has become a trusted partner to Fortune 500 organizations, the country's largest unions and charities, with more than 3,000 integrations across HRIS, LMS, payroll and benefits systems and native modules for wellness, rewards, communications, onboarding and feedback. In 2025 SHRM selected Refresh as one of three companies from more than 500 applicants for its Workplace Tech Accelerator and made a significant investment in the company. Refresh has also been recognized by Accenture's Global HR Technology Challenge and partners with HUB International and UKG.
Co-Founder, Triangle Digital
Triangle Digital enables the transition to a climate-resilient future by linking big data directly with financial assets. The platform aggregates, homogenizes and analyzes data from utility billing to IoT sensors and ties it to assets for sustainability tracking, reporting, benchmarking and analysis, so that environmental outcomes can be issued as regulated financial instruments.
- Environmental Finance's Innovation of the Year in Carbon Markets, 2025, for stackable carbon and co-benefit credits (water, biodiversity, PFAS, particulate matter, UN SDGs) issued as real-world assets.
- Approximately $265 million of carbon credits issued for Dynamic Carbon Credits and Water Energy Forward as instruments banks can hold in custody, moving the market from "buy and retire" to "buy and bank."
- Winner of the Banco Central do Brasil LIFT Data Program for COP30 with a blended-finance structure that attaches a "carbon warrant" to the debt instrument to reduce risk between lender and borrower.
